Our T-Shirt Programme
Custom t-shirts,knitted and built end-to-end in Karachi
Apex Corporation is a t-shirt manufacturer in Karachi, Pakistan, working with retailers, brands, and buying houses across fifteen markets. We've been running the same factory floor since 1984. T-shirts are our biggest knitwear category, spanning basic 160 GSM single jersey crew necks through 360 GSM heavyweight oversized streetwear tees. They share the production floor with our hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, trousers, and shorts. Activewear, Loungewear, and Streetwear all come off the same lines.
Every t-shirt starts from grey fabric we knit ourselves on six DSK circular machines that produce 2,400 kilograms of cotton and blended yarn fabric daily. The fabric goes through shrinkage and GSM testing before cutting, then moves through retail-standard sewing on Juki and Siruba lines under our own roof: side-seamed construction, coverstitched necklines, double-needle hems, and your choice of woven, satin, or tagless heat transfer labels. We work OEM and ODM, your brand on every garment, never ours. Send us a tech pack or send us a reference, both routes get to bulk.
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style per colour. First samples are free, ready in 3 to 5 working days. Tech pack to FOB Karachi runs 60 to 75 days end-to-end. Monthly capacity is 50,000 pieces. The same lines that produce a 200-piece capsule for an indie streetwear label run a 30,000-piece wholesale order for a retail chain the following week. The machines, the QC standard, and the packing standard don't change with order size. The lead time scales with it.

Printing & Accessories
Custom branding,printed, embroidered, labelled, packed
Custom branding services for your t-shirt order. Printing, embroidery, labels, and packaging are managed end-to-end through our trusted supplier network and long-standing relationships across Karachi. Send your artwork with the tech pack, or read more about the methods below.
Printing & Branding Methods
Screen printing handles most retail-volume orders with plastisol or water-based inks at 500 pieces and above. For lower MOQs and photo-realistic artwork, we run direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with no minimum colour count. Sublimation covers all-over prints on 100% polyester for activewear and jerseys, and rotary printing handles repeat-print bulk runs at scale. Specialty methods round out the offering: plastisol transfers for spot logos and reorder runs, vinyl heat transfer for athletic numbers and short customisation, reflective vinyl for safety wear and visibility-driven streetwear, high-density and puff print for raised dimensional logos, and rubber or silicone print for stretch-friendly streetwear and sportswear.
Accessories & Trims
Embroidery runs flat stitch, 3D puff, and multi-thread up to 12 colours. Patches come in woven, embroidered, PVC, and leather, sewn or heat-applied to spec. Branded labels include woven options (damask, satin, taffeta) for neck, inner, and side-seam placement, plus full-colour heat-transfer labels for a tagless retail finish. Hangtags ship in paper, fabric, or leather with spot UV, foil, or embossed finishes available. Polybags can be clear or branded, packed individually or in bulk. Custom packaging includes boxes, tissue paper, stickers, and branded mailers. Buttons run horn, metal, resin, or custom-engraved. Drawcords come with metal, rubber, or aglet tips.

What Buyers Ask Before They Order
The questions international buyers raise most often when sourcing knitted garments from a Pakistan-based manufacturer.
We run both, depending on buyer preference. Side-seamed gives a cleaner retail fit and less twist after wash, while tubular is faster and more cost-efficient for promotional or basic blank orders.
Retail-quality tees use combed ring-spun yarn, side-seamed construction, coverstitched necklines, and double-needle hems. Basic streetwear blanks run simpler stitching and can use tubular bodies for cost-efficiency. Specify the target tier in your tech pack.
We target 3% or less residual shrinkage on compactor-finished cotton tees, with patterns graded to a 5% allowance. Without compactor finishing, shrinkage typically runs 7 to 10% after first wash.
For 100% cotton we recommend screen print, DTG, and DTF. Cotton-poly blends (CVC, 50/50) take screen print and plastisol transfers well. Sublimation is for 100% polyester only.
Yes, we source GOTS-certified, BCI, and recycled cotton through our spinning mill partners on request, at a 150kg minimum per colourway. Add 7 to 14 days to the standard lead time for sourcing.
We grade from XXS to 5XL standard, with larger sizes available on request. Tolerance is plus or minus 1cm on chest and length up to XL, plus or minus 1.5cm on XXL and above, and plus or minus 0.5cm on shoulder.
