Knitted GarmentsMade in Pakistan

Made in Karachi for global brands since 1984.

Our Knitwear Programme

Six knitwear categories,
one Karachi factory floor

Our knitwear programme is six categories deep: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, shorts, and trousers. We've run all six from the same North Karachi factory since 1984. The grey fabric is knitted on our own machines, then it goes through shrinkage and GSM testing before anyone takes scissors to it. Cutting and stitching happen on the same floor. Bulk orders ship to fifteen markets. New buyers usually start with one category and come back for two more.

Our buyers come from across the world. Independent fashion brands, retail chains, DTC founders, and buying houses sourcing for clients in fifteen markets and counting. Some are placing their first order. Others have worked with us for a decade. The minimum order is 100 pieces per style per colour, first samples are free, and the same lines that run a 200-piece capsule for a small label run a 50,000-piece season for a major retailer the following week. The machines don't change. The QC standard doesn't change. The packing standard doesn't change. What changes is the volume, and the lead time scales with it.

Sampling & Development, How We Work

From your inbox,
to our pattern table

When your inquiry arrives, the merchandising team reads it carefully before anyone touches a quotation. Your tech pack, your reference sample, your design brief, all of it gets considered. Cost, lead time, and MOQ go back in your inbox within 24 hours. Same approach we've used since 1984.

Once the quote is approved, fabric swatches ship next. Sample work waits for your sign-off on the swatch. Your specified construction is in the package, plus two or three alternatives we think might suit the garment better. Buyers often change their minds on fabric once the swatch is in front of them.

When the swatch is approved, your sample goes into development at our factory in North Karachi. Knitting on our circular knitting machines, cutting and stitching on the same floor. The fabric we use for your sample is the fabric we'll use for bulk, not a lookalike substitute. Standard cotton samples are ready in three to five days. Custom yarn or dye work takes five to fourteen.

Common Questions From Buyers

What Buyers Ask Before They Order

Real questions buyers ask when sourcing knitted garments from Pakistan, answered with the operational specifics that matter.

We target 3% or less residual shrinkage on standard knit fabrics, with patterns graded to a 5% allowance. Every roll is compacted and shrinkage-tested in our Karachi QC bay before bulk approval.

Our dye partner archives the recipe for every bulk run, and we retain an approved fabric swatch and reference roll in our Karachi QC archive. Reorders are matched within delta E 1.5 against the original.

We run combed ring-spun yarn in 20s to 40s counts to resist pilling, and can arrange ISO 12945-2 Martindale pilling tests through a third-party lab. Bio-polish enzyme treatment is available on request.

We source from GOTS and BCI certified yarn suppliers on request, with recycled cotton blends available at 150kg minimum per colourway. Specify the certification requirement in your tech pack and we'll quote the yarn at the source.

Tees pull from single jersey at 130 to 240 GSM, the drapiest of our knits and the lightest to print on. Polos sit on piqué or interlock, with interlock (140 to 300 GSM) doing double duty for premium tees that need opacity. Hoodies, sweatshirts, and joggers run on french terry or fleece, anywhere from 220 to 600 GSM depending on weight you want.

Every grey fabric roll is inspected against our checklist before dyeing, and balanced-twist yarn keeps skew under 5% on the finished garment. Knit-specific defects such as spirality, broken loops, and dropped stitches are checked in our QC bay.

Bring us your tech pack. We'll bring you a sample.

Send us your requirements: product, quantities, target pricing. Our team responds within 48 hours with cost, lead time, and sample details. First samples are free.
