Home Textile Manufacturing in Karachi
From our cutting tables,every linen
From light voile sheers at 100 GSM through to heavyweight upholstery weaves at 600 GSM, our home textile programme covers bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens for retail brands and hospitality groups. Apex Corporation has been cutting, stitching, and finishing home textiles in our North Karachi factory since 1984, alongside our custom knitwear line that runs on the same site. Buyers across Europe and Australasia spec bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet covers, sofa covers, curtains, tablecloths, napkins, and kitchen accessories to their tech packs at our 500-piece minimum. The programme splits across four pillars: Bedroom, Living Room, Dining, and Kitchen, each with its own fabric leans, weave defaults, and finishing options.
Each fabric run passes through GSM and shrinkage testing before it routes to our cutting tables. From there it moves through industrial sewing lines that handle everything home textile asks of them: double-fold and mitered hems, hidden zipper closures, envelope and button finishes, elastic-fitted edges for fitted sheets, ribbon and tie closures for cushion covers and aprons, embroidery monogramming for hospitality, and quilted multi-layer construction for pot holders and trivets. Decoration runs across our partner network in reactive digital, pigment digital, and sublimation digital print, screen printing, and embroidery. We run OEM and ODM only. Your brand on every textile, never ours. Tech pack or reference sample, both routes lead to the same bulk.
The minimum order is 500 pieces per style per colour, and the first sample is ready in 5 to 7 working days, with custom samples in 2 to 3 weeks. Bulk runs from tech pack to FOB Karachi in 30 to 45 days for orders up to 5,000 pieces, and 45 to 60 days beyond that, against a monthly capacity of 25,000 pieces across our home textile range. Send us your tech pack and we will quote a delivery window that matches your launch date.

Home textiles built acrossbedroom, living room, dining, and kitchen
Four pillars, four different briefs. Bedroom is the volume programme, where bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillow covers ship in repeat runs to retail brands and hospitality groups. Living Room and Window cover the soft furnishing programme, from cushion covers and sofa covers through to sheer voile, dim-out, and full blackout curtains. Dining handles table linen, where tablecloths, napkins, placemats, and chair pads run as coordinated sets for restaurants and home retail. Kitchen ties off the line with workhorse textiles: tea towels, aprons, oven gloves, pot holders, and the coordinated kitchen accessory sets that hospitality brands order alongside their dining linen. We sew with single-needle and double-needle stitching, mitered corners on tablecloths and napkins, double-fold hems on flat sheets, hidden zippers and button plackets on duvet and cushion covers, elastic-fitted edges on fitted sheets, and quilted multi-layer construction on pot holders and oven mitts. Specify your construction in the tech pack, or pull from the defaults below.

Printing & Decoration
Branding the home textile, printed, embroidered, labelled, packed
Apex coordinates decoration for every home textile order through our specialist partners across Karachi: digital print houses, screen printers, embroidery studios, and label and trim suppliers. Home textile branding tends to live on hem corners, woven labels at the seam, and embroidery monograms for hospitality. Send artwork with the tech pack and we handle the rest, or read the methods below before you spec.
Printing & Decoration Methods
Reactive digital print runs on cotton bedding and cotton table linen, washing through commercial cycles without colour drift, sized to runs from 1,000 metres up to 5,000 metres for retail bulk. Pigment digital print runs across cotton, polyester, and blends, sized from 1,000 metres up to 3,000 metres at a lower cost-per-metre than reactive. Sublimation digital print is the route for 100% polyester home textile only, used on microfiber bedding, polyester table linen, and polyester aprons, where the print lands permanently into the fibre and stays there through wash. Screen printing covers high-volume retail bedding and table linen at 3,000 metres and above, rotary for repeat patterns, flatbed for larger repeats and short-run boutique work. Embroidery runs through partner houses on multi-head machines, covering hospitality monogramming, hotel pillowcase and tablecloth identifiers, and decorative borders, with flat-stitch and multi-thread to 12 colours.
Embellishment, Labels & Packaging
Embroidery monogramming is the volume decoration for hospitality and retail home textile, with custom logos, hotel monograms, and decorative borders sewn through partner studios across Karachi. Applique, lace trim, fringe, tassel, pintucks, and quilting are spec'd on premium retail and decorative cushion covers, throws, and bedspreads. Branded labels go in at the seam, hem, or care-label position, woven for premium retail or printed satin for budget retail, with tagless heat-transfer also available. Hangtags and care labels run multilingual where the export market needs it. Packaging runs from polybag-and-bulk for hospitality contracts through to retail-spec gift boxes, ribbon-tied sets, and individual buyer-branded sleeves, all to your packaging spec at the order stage.
Home Textile Manufacturing Process
Eight steps, tech pack to FOB Karachi
Every Apex home textile order moves through eight stages between buyer inquiry and shipment. The first four steps are sample work. The last four are bulk production. Sample approval gates the move from one phase to the next. Your physical pre-production sample lands in your hands and gets your written sign-off before bulk fabric is cut. The full workflow runs from one Karachi facility with monthly capacity for 25,000 pieces of home textile.
Tech Pack & Quotation
Buyer sends tech pack with fabric, weave, GSM, dimensions, quantity, and target price. Apex reviews feasibility, confirms fabric availability, and returns an FOB quotation with sample lead time and bulk timeline.
Sample Development
Pattern development across hem, closure, and finishing details, then cutting and sewing of first sample. 5 to 7 working days for standard samples, 2 to 3 weeks for custom fabric, weave, or printed designs.
Sample Revisions
Revision rounds refine dimensions, hem type, closure construction, fabric hand-feel, and decoration placement to your spec. Each round dispatched for buyer review before the next iteration begins.
Sample Approval & PPS
Pre-production sample shipped for final fabric, GSM, dimensions, and finish review. Written buyer sign-off lands in our inbox before bulk fabric is cut.
Fabric Procurement & Testing
Bulk fabric secured to your approved spec, then washed, finished, and tested for GSM, shrinkage, and colour-fastness against the sample. Each roll cleared by QC before it routes to the cutting table.
Bulk Cutting & Sewing
Multi-layer cutting on graded markers across all sizes, assembly-line sewing across straight-stitch, overlock, hemming, and quilting stations. 25,000 pieces monthly across the home textile programme.
Decoration & Quality Control
Printing, embroidery, monogramming, and label sewing applied per your tech pack. Final QC against the approved sample, pressing, and tagging before packing.
Packing & Dispatch
Folded, polybagged, boxed, or set-packed per your packaging spec, cartoned, and loaded for FOB Karachi or CNF/CIF per your terms.
What Buyers Ask Before They Order
The questions international buyers raise most often when sourcing home textile from a Pakistan-based manufacturer.
Pakistan-origin home textiles enter the EU and UK at 0% import duty under the GSP+ scheme, versus the 9 to 12% MFN tariff applied to imports from China, Vietnam, or Turkey. We supply the EUR.1 / Form A certificate of origin so your customs broker can claim the preferential rate at clearance.
Pakistan combines vertical cotton-to-finished-goods supply with GSP+ duty-free EU and UK access (which China and India lost), giving 9 to 12% landed cost savings versus China and 30 to 50% lower FOB prices than Turkey or Portugal on cotton bed linen. Karachi factories also have direct port access, removing the inland-haul cost buyers face when sourcing from Faisalabad or Lahore.
We run in-house QC at incoming fabric inspection, in-line process audit, and final AQL inspection (AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor) before shipment. Apex hosts pre-shipment inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or QIMA at no additional charge, with shipment held until the buyer's QC report is "passed."
First lab dip and first sample are free, with 2 to 3 dip rounds dyed on production-quality fabric and reviewed against your Pantone TCX, TPG, or physical swatch reference. Additional rounds and samples are charged at cost and credited to your final bulk invoice.
Apex supplies hospitality-grade home textile to hotels, hospitals, and serviced apartments: long-staple combed cotton or 50/50 poly-cotton blends in T-200 to T-300 percale or sateen, with reinforced double-needle hems and bar-tacked corners built for industrial laundering. Mill test reports for colorfastness, dimensional change, and chlorine fastness are available on request.
Apex Corporation is a direct manufacturer, your contract, invoice, and bill of lading are issued directly by the factory, eliminating the 5 to 15% agent markup buyers pay through buying houses. We sign mutual NDAs covering tech packs, prints, and brand assets before sample work begins, and your designs are never shown or sold to any other client.
Bring us your tech pack. We'll bring you a home textile sample.
Send your home textile spec: fabric, GSM, weave, dimensions, quantities, target pricing. Our team comes back inside 48 hours with cost, lead time, and sample plan. First sample and first lab dip are free, ready in 5 to 7 working days.
