About Apex Corporation
Manufacturing knitwear in Pakistan since 1984.
Established in 1984.
Still Manufacturing.
Apex Corporation has been manufacturing knitted garments in Karachi, Pakistan since 1984. That's over 40 years of continuous production from the same facility in North Karachi Industrial Area. We specialise in Activewear, Loungewear, and Streetwear, producing T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, shorts, and trousers for retail brands across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
We are a direct knitwear manufacturer, not a trading company or buying agent. Every garment is produced in our own factory in Karachi. Knitting, cutting, stitching, quality control, and packing are all handled in-house under one roof. When you work with Apex you deal directly with the manufacturer. No agents, no middlemen, no markup between you and the factory floor.
Over 40 years we have worked with independent brands, retail chains, private label buyers, and buying houses across four continents. Whether you are placing a first order or scaling an established line, the commitment at Apex is the same. Direct communication, transparent costing, and consistent quality from first sample to final shipment.
Apex Corporation has exhibited at Heimtextil Frankfurt eight times. The show has helped expand our business to Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
How We Make Our Knitwear
Apex's knitwear manufacturing process runs in four stages at our Karachi facility (knitting, cutting, stitching, and packing) with in-house quality checks at every stage.
Knitting & Weaving
Six DSK circular knitting machines run continuously at our Karachi facility, producing 2,400 kg of grey fabric daily. We knit Single Jersey, Interlock, Fleece, Thermal, and Piqué as standard, with other knitwear structures available on request. Yarn counts run 14s, 16s, 20s, 24s, 26s, 30s, 36s, and 40s. Custom yarn counts are also available on buyer request. Combed yarn is used across all production for finer fabric weight and consistent finish from the first stage. Every fabric roll is recorded against its production batch before it leaves the knitting floor.
Cutting
Every fabric roll is rested before it reaches the cutting table. ISO-verified dyeing and shrinkage tests run on every batch, and no fabric advances to cutting until both checks are confirmed. Patterns and cutting markers are prepared in-house by hand, drawn directly from the approved sample. Industrial cutting machines handle the bulk of the work, with hand cutting used wherever the order requires it. Each cut bundle is verified for GSM, dimensional accuracy, and shrinkage tolerance before it moves to the stitching floor.
Stitching
Apex runs more than 30 industrial Juki and Siruba sewing machines on the stitching floor, including lockstitch, overlock, flatlock, buttonhole, and multi-needle. Our knitted garment range covers T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, shorts, and trousers. These are produced for export buyers across Europe, North America, Australia, and the Middle East. In-line supervisors check stitching at every stage against the Apex production checklist (thread count, stitch density, seam allowance, and measurement tolerance), and any deviation is corrected at the machine before the bundle moves forward.
Packing
Every order is inspected against AQL standards built into the Apex packing checklist. Garments are pressed in-house and folded to whatever format the buyer specifies, whether that is board fold, hanger pack, or any other finishing standard the order requires. Poly bags, hangtags, size stickers, SKU labels, carton markings, and barcode labels are prepared exactly to the specification agreed during sample approval. Packed cartons are stored secure at the facility, and Apex staff supervise container loading directly. Packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin are prepared to export standard. We ship FOB Karachi to retail brands across 15+ countries. Third-party inspection is always welcome.
What Buyers Ask Before They Order
The questions international buyers raise most often when sourcing knitted garments from a Pakistan-based manufacturer.
Apex has manufactured knitted garments in Karachi since 1984. Knitting, cutting, stitching, and packing all happen in our own facility, not subcontracted. We are a member of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, have exhibited at Heimtextil Frankfurt eight times, and welcome buyers to visit the factory or request a live video tour anytime.
Apex accepts 30% advance with 70% before shipment, Letter of Credit at sight, telegraphic transfer (TT), or 70% against Bill of Lading. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcome on every order. If a buyer prefers, the final 70% can be tied to a passed inspection report.
Buyers communicate with our team directly by email and WhatsApp, typically with the same person for the duration of an order, so context is never lost. We respond within 24 hours and remain available during US, UK, EU, and Australian business hours, not just Pakistan office hours.
Sampling runs 3–5 days for standard products and 5–14 days for custom development orders. Bulk production runs 45–60 days; total order confirmation to FOB Karachi is 60–75 days for first orders and 45–60 days for repeats. If unforeseen delays arise outside our control, we communicate immediately and work with the buyer on a revised plan.
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit any time, with a few days' notice so our team and production managers can be available to meet you. For buyers who cannot fly to Karachi, we offer live video tours of the full production floor over Zoom or WhatsApp on request.
Apex builds quality in at every stage. In-line stitching checks, ISO-verified fabric tests before cutting, AQL inspection at packing, and third-party pre-shipment inspection welcomed by the buyer's chosen partner. Any post-arrival concern is reviewed directly with the buyer to find a fair resolution.
